Return & Refund Policy

At PI Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all products are packed carefully and delivered in the best condition. Since our products are food and health-related consumable items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The package is tampered with
  • The item is expired at the time of delivery

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened food products
  • Used consumable products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by customers

Cash on Delivery charges, shipping charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

PI Foods reserves the right to reject refund requests if the claim is found invalid or misleading.
