Estimated delivery timelines:

- Other states in India: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier delays.
Customers will receive tracking details after dispatch.
We currently ship across India. Shipping charges may vary depending on location, weight, and promotional offers.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and serviceable pin codes across India.
PI Foods reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, high-value orders, or during promotional campaigns.
Customers choosing COD must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Our team or courier partner may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled automatically if:
- The customer is unreachable
- Incorrect address or phone number is provided
- Previous COD orders were rejected repeatedly
Additional COD handling charges may apply on selected orders.
Customers are requested to avoid refusing confirmed COD orders after shipment, as it affects logistics and delivery operations.
